Siemens
Custom enclosures both big and small.
Variable frequency drives (VFDs) control everything that moves on an oil rig, and generate plenty of heat in the process. So when Siemens needed a VFD enclosure that fit into minimal space (6’ x 8’) but also featured HVAC redundancy, they came to us—and we constructed a custom building on spec.
Siemens has also relied on us to construct a 53’ x 16’ switchgear station: all steel, fully welded, insulated and virtually indestructible. Their electrical equipment was shipped to our location and installed by experts onsite. It’s all part of our commitment to meeting every customer’s exact requirements.
Weir Minerals for Goldcorp
Creating innovative, mobile solutions.
Do you need a mobile custom manufacturing facility? We’ve done it. Weir Minerals designed the concept for a mobile ore-sifting machine, to be used by Goldcorp. It ships in two interlocking parts, which are linked together on site. Once done in one location, it can be relocated and set up on another site.
Toromont
Supporting Canada’s national defence.
The Department of National Defence’s maintenance modules help run remote camps—and they endure plenty of wear and tear in the process. We have built new units based to DND standards on existing specs, as well as refurbishing existing units to “like new” condition.
We’ve worked closely with Toromont and the DND to provide all necessary repairs—including sandblasting, grinding, painting and waterproofing—and have units ready for redeployment within a tight turnaround window.
