We continually reinvest in our company to ensure full in-house capabilities with the following equipment:

• 12’-0” 242 ton brake press, capable of bending 3/8” plate (1/2” plate in limited lengths) used to form all steel profiles we use.
• A 13’-0” shear with a capacity to cut ½” plate
• MOE approved paint booth capable of servicing buildings as large as 60’-0” L x 18’-0” W
• A specialty coating machine that allows us to offer a two-part polyurea coating for buildings (~30-50mil DFT thickness) for coastal/corrosive environments where protecting exposed surfaces is paramount. A unique service provided in the industry, setting us apart from our competitors.
• A spray foam machine

In addition, our buildings are comprised of fully-welded construction, allowing us to remain above our competition by offering robust, weathertight buildings with no exterior fasteners required. All exterior panels are seam welded their entire vertical length with a track welder to ensure uniformity and defect free welds.
